The Fluke 1503 Insulation Resistance Meter is a rugged and easy-to-use tool ideal for residential and commercial electricians. It supports insulation testing from 0.01 MΩ to 2000 MΩ using two selectable test voltages (500 V and 1000 V). The device includes live circuit detection that prevents testing when voltages exceed 30 V for added safety.
