General Return Policy

All products purchased from Network Devices Inc. may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and any other items that may have been included in the original shipment. The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or use.

Dead on Arrival Policy

In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective, damaged, non-functional product or not the item you ordered, we kindly request that you contact us within seven days of the product's arrival. You can reach us at +1-201-559-1474 or via sales@networkdevicesinc.com. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly arrange a replacement or a refund based on your preference.

Please note that Network Devices Inc. will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees associated with returning such items. It is crucial to notify us within the specified 7-day window upon receiving the product to ensure a smooth return process.

 

Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items may be designated as final sales, rendering them ineligible for return. Such items may include, but are not limited to, products sold "as-is," completed or ongoing IT services, software and licenses, and consumable items such as batteries and ink. Items that are returned damaged, unsanitary, or missing major contents will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Returns and Exchanges with RMA Number

All returns and exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which is valid for ten days. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at +1-201-559-1474 or via sales@networkdevicesinc.com. Returns with opened box items, missing packaging, or accessories may result in a deduction in your refund. If you think your order has been lost in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of the shipment date.

 

Restocking Fees

 

Should you return a product, restocking fees will be applied depending on the condition of the item:

 

  • New Condition with Unopened Original Box: If the product is in mint condition and the original box remains unopened, the refund will be subject to a 20% - 30% restocking fee depending on the actual condition of the box.

 

  • Open Box: If the product has been opened but is still in new condition, the refund will be subject to a 30% - 50% restocking fee depending on the actual condition of the product.

 

  • Missing Box: If the product is returned without its original box, the refund will be subject to a 50% - 70% restocking fee depending on the actual condition of the product.

 

  • Used or Damaged Condition: If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition, the refund will be subject to an 80% restocking fee.

 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, while taxes will be applied to the refunded amount.

 

Manufacturer Warranty

Please note that Network Devices Inc. is neither a partner nor an affiliate of Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper or Zebra. As a result, the manufacturer warranty may not be applicable. However, all our products are covered by a 1-year warranty with us.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Settlement

All acts and transactions pursuant to the terms and conditions mentioned here, including the rights and obligations of the parties, shall be governed, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Jersey without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law. The federal and state courts in Morris County, New Jersey, shall be the exclusive forum for any action brought hereunder, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Morris County, New Jersey.

 

Attorney's Fees

If any suit or action is instituted to enforce any provision in the invoice or any and all acts and transactions pursuant to this Return Policy, Network Devices Inc., in such dispute, shall be entitled to recover all fees, costs, and expenses of enforcing any right under or concerning the invoice or this Return Policy, including without limitation, reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and accountants, which shall include, without limitation, all fees, costs, and expenses of appeals. Our aim is to provide you with the best possible customer experience, and we will work tirelessly to resolve any issues that may arise.
