DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All our products are shipped Monday through Friday via reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We offer free delivery on all orders over $100, which typically takes 1-6 business days to arrive, depending on your location. For orders that do not qualify for free delivery, shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping carrier, shipping method, package weight, and destination. Please note that some surcharges may apply to shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. Your orders are typically shipped on the same day. However, if there are any delays or cancellations, we will notify you promptly.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At Network Devices Inc., we are pleased to offer international shipping to customers around the globe. We understand the importance of delivering your IT hardware products in a timely and efficient manner, no matter where you are located. However, please note that we adhere to all international trade laws and restrictions, and as such, we do not ship to countries currently under the United States embargo.

 

Shipping Carriers and Transit Times

We utilize trusted international shipping carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure your orders arrive promptly and securely. The estimated transit time for international shipments typically ranges between 7-15 business days, depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be levied on their orders by their country's customs authorities. Network Devices Inc. cannot predict or control these charges, and we recommend that customers familiarize themselves with their country's import regulations before placing an order. It is important to note that such charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs.

 

Shipping Restrictions and Embargoed Countries

Network Devices Inc. strictly follows all U.S. export regulations, and we do not ship to countries currently subject to U.S. trade embargoes or sanctions. This includes, but is not limited to, countries such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Crimea. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these restrictions or is deemed undeliverable for any other reason.

ORDER PROCESSING

We make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders received by 4 PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders received after 4 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. If there are any issues with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

To avoid any shipping-related issues, please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you need to modify your shipping address after your order has been placed, please get in touch with us immediately. Please note that we may be unable to change your shipping address if your order has already been processed.
