The MZ7L3960HCJR-00A07 is a member of the Samsung PM893 family. The MZ7L3960HCJR-00A07 is an internal SSD with 960GB storage capacity. This 2.5-inch form factor SSD is ideal for data centers and server boot drives. It has a sequential read performance of 550 MB/s and a sequential write performance of 520 MB/s. It uses the Samsung V-NAND TLC flash memory. It has the SATA 6 Gb/s interface but is compatible with SATA 3 Gb/s & 1.5 interfaces, as well.
