No. The Cisco IE 2000 IE-2000-16TC-B is a data-only switch. All 16 Fast Ethernet copper access ports and both uplink ports carry no Power over Ethernet, so it cannot power devices such as ruggedized IP cameras, industrial wireless access points, or IP phones. If you need PoE on an IE 2000 with the same 16 copper downlinks, the IE-2000-16PTC-G-L provides four PoE and PoE+ ports and Gigabit uplinks, with PoE power drawn from the external DIN-rail power supply.

The IE-2000-16TC-B has two Fast Ethernet combo uplink ports (SFP or RJ45) plus two dedicated Fast Ethernet SFP ports.
