We keep it direct because ambiguity wastes your time and our money. If you need to send hardware back, this is exactly how it works.
You have 30 days from the purchase date to return eligible products. The gear must be in its original condition and packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories. If the equipment shows signs of a physical rack installation or looks like it spent a week in a dusty server room, it is not eligible for a return.
Hardware fails. We know this. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you have 7 days from delivery to tell us. Call +1-201-559-1474 or email sales@networkdevicesinc.com. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the reasonable ground shipping fees to make it right. If you miss the 7-day notification window, the process gets significantly harder.
Some purchases are permanent. We do not accept returns on items sold "as-is," completed or ongoing IT services, software and licenses, special order items, and consumable items like batteries and ink. If you return an item that is damaged, unsanitary, or missing major contents, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Every return and exchange requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact our sales team at +1-201-559-1474 or sales@networkdevicesinc.com to get one. Your RMA is valid for exactly 14 days. If you ship gear back missing packaging or accessories, your refund will be reduced. If you suspect an order is lost in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of the shipment date.
New Condition with Unopened Original Box
If the product is in mint condition and the original factory-sealed box remains unopened, the refund will be subject to a 20% to 30% restocking fee depending on the actual condition of the outer packaging.
Open Box, New Condition
If the product has been opened but is still in new, unused condition, the refund will be subject to a 30% to 50% restocking fee depending on the actual condition of the product.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, while taxes will be applied to the refunded amount.
This return policy and all related transactions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the state or federal courts of Fort Bend County, Texas, and both parties consent to this jurisdiction. If legal action is instituted to enforce any provision in the invoice or this policy, Network Devices Inc. is entitled to recover all fees, costs, and expenses, including reasonable fees for attorneys and accountants, covering all steps up to and including appeals.

We ship Monday through Friday via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Free shipping on orders over $100. Delivery typically takes 1 to 6 business days depending on location. Orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on carrier, method, weight, and destination.
We ship worldwide through UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Transit times typically range from 7 to 15 business days depending on destination and shipping method. Customs clearance can add time.
We comply with U.S. export laws. We cannot ship to countries under U.S. trade embargo or sanctions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Crimea. Orders that violate these regulations will be cancelled.
Sales tax applies to orders shipped to New Jersey, Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided before order processing. The certificate must match the product and ship-to location.

However, in cases where demand exceeds available stock, we offer backorders as a solution. This allows customers to secure their desired products while we work to replenish our inventory. By placing a backorder with Network Devices Inc., the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions
Back orders can be placed by contacting our customer support team via phone or email. We will provide an estimated restocking date and keep you updated throughout the process.
Payment for back-ordered items will be either fully or partially processed (based on your payment terms with Network Devices Inc.) at the time the backorder is placed. This ensures the item is reserved for you and prioritized once it becomes available.
As soon as the back-ordered product becomes available, we will promptly ship the item to you using your selected shipping method. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your order.
We will provide regular updates on the status of your backorder, including any changes to the estimated restocking date. If there are significant delays or if the product is discontinued, you may cancel your backorder without incurring any additional charges.
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all backorders are considered non-refundable and non-cancellable, committing to the purchase of the specified quantity and type of product(s) listed in the backorder. However, under certain circumstances, such as a significant restocking delay exceeding 10 weeks that adversely impacts the Buyer’s business operations, Network Devices Inc. may allow the cancellation of the backorder at its discretion.

The federal and state courts in Fort Bend County, Texas, shall be the exclusive forum for any action brought here under, and both parties' consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Fort Bend County, Texas.
In the event that any suit or action is instituted to enforce any provision in the invoice or any and all acts and transactions pursuant to this Backorder Policy, Network Devices Inc., in such dispute, shall be entitled to recover all fees, costs, and expenses of enforcing any right under or with respect to the invoice or this Backorder Policy, including without limitation, reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and accountants, which shall include, without limitation, all fees, costs, and expenses of appeals.
