Juniper ACX5448-M-AC-AFI Universal Metro Router
The Juniper Networks ACX5000 line of Universal Metro Routers extends operational intelligence into metro access and aggregation networks, simplifying architectures by reducing unnecessary layers and overlays while delivering high capacity, scalability, and strong performance across a range of port densities and interface types. The ACX5448-M platform supports 44 1GbE/10GbE ports and six 40GbE/100GbE ports, and adds advanced security with MACsec on all 1GbE/10GbE ports, making it well-suited for service-provider metro use cases (including mobile backhaul and residential fiber) and enterprise deployments such as utilities, transportation, oil and gas, mining, defense, and public safety.
