The Cisco Firepower 2100 Series is a midrange Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) that delivers consistent performance when threat inspection is activated. It provides firewall throughput capacity suitable for a variety of use cases, from the Internet edge to the data center. The Cisco Firepower 2140 NGFW Appliance, identified by the model number FPR2140-NGFW-K9, comes equipped with 12 Ethernet interfaces (RJ-45) that support 10M, 100M, and 1GBASE-T, 4 10 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces (SFP+), and 1 Network Module Bay.
