The Mellanox MCX512A-ACAT is a member of the ConnectX-5 Ethernet Adapter Cards family. This product has two ports offering 25GbE connectivity. It has a latency of 750 nanoseconds and can handle up to 75 million messages per second (Mpps). This 25 Gigabit Ethernet adapter card is ideal for storage workloads as it offers a range of innovative accelerations, including Signature Handover (T10-DIF) in hardware, an embedded PCIe Switch, and NVMe over Fabric target offloads. These features help reduce CPU resource consumption, boost data center infrastructure efficiency, and provide the highest performance and most flexible solution for Web 2.0, Cloud, Data Analytics, and Storage platforms.
