The SAS 9305 HBA family provides increased connectivity and maximum performance for high-end servers with internal storage and when connecting to large-scale storage enclosures. The Broadcom 9305-16i HBA has 16 ports and provides 12 Gb/s data transfer rates. It can deliver more than 1 million IOPs. It is backward compatible with the previous SAS and PCle generations.

UART Connectors (JT1)	The UART connector debug port requires a special cable and Avago support to gather detailed IOC status. The UART connector uses the following layout.
