The CRS 317-1G-16S+RM is a rack-mountable switch that can be managed and includes Layer 3 capabilities. It is equipped with 16 SFP+ ports to facilitate high-performance 10GbE connectivity, along with a 1GbE copper port designated for management purposes. This device has dual redundant power supplies, which is common in harsh environments such as data centers and medical facilities. Its dependability is enhanced by the presence of two independent power sources. If one source fails, the second ensures the system continues functioning normally.
